Golf legend and award-winning course designer, Arnold Palmer and The Arnold Palmer Design Company, have created La Cantera Palmer Course which is set in the Texas Hill Country.

La Cantera Palmer Course in San Antonio has two signature holes. The first is #7, a 316-yard, par 4, which is a breathtakingly beautiful quarry hole called The Rattler, and featuring a unique rattlesnake-shaped sand bunker on the left side of the fairway. Your tee shot is from a cliff eighty-feet above the fairway.

The second signature hole at La Cantera Palmer Course is hole #12, a 415-yard, par 4, in which the fairway is protected by church pew bunkers on the left, and the green is guarded by a natural waterfall and creek.

La Cantera Palmer Course in San Antonio was ranked 22nd Best Course in Texas by Golf Digest 2003-2004.

Directions To the Palmer Course:

Take I-10 West. Exit Camp Bullis. Turn left at the stop sign and proceed through the Crown Ridge residential subdivision until you end up at the main entrance for the Palmer Course.

From I-35, take 1604 West to Sea World. Go past the La Cantera exit. Exit Babcock. Turn right onto Babcock road which is the first light once you exit from 1604.

Proceed 2 miles on Babcock until you come to a stop sign. Turn left into the main entrance to the Palmer Course.
